Reservation Policy

All reservations requested are subject to review and approval by the UFII and UFBI Directors and availability of the space. The submission of your request is not a guarantee of reservation.

Upon receipt, you will receive a written confirmation from an Institute staff member who may also request additional information regarding your event. Each request is evaluated for its application to the mission and goals of both Institutes’ use of the space as well as the general application to the overall mission of UF as a whole. Preference for the use of the space will be given to UFII and UFBI sponsored workshops, guests and student groups.

Should your reservation be made, the University of Florida’s acceptable use of space, food and general campus rules applies. Should your event happen to occur after normal business hours and/or weekends, a name and UFID for a responsible person will be requested and required for the use of the space. All requesters for the room will be held responsible for the visitors they bring into the space and in assisting in keeping the room clean after their visit.

If food will be provided, menu must be reviewed by UFII/UFBI staff to meet dietary restrictions.
