To celebrate and promote Women’s participation in High Performance Computing (HPC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), UF Information Technology is hosting a Women in HPC & AI Panel Discussion and Luncheon event on February 22, 2023, from noon to 1:30 PM.

• Dr. Yenisel Cruz-Almeida, Associate Professor, Department of Community Dentistry and Behavioral Sciences, College of Dentistry
• Dr. Shreya Saxena, Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, College of Engineering
• Dr. Borui Zhang, Natural Language Processing Specialist, Department of Academic Research Consulting and Services, George A. Smathers Libraries

Women in High Performance Computing (WHPC) is an international organization working to build a diverse and inclusive workforce by promoting the role of women in computing. UF Women in HPC & AI is a local chapter of WHPC to provide mentoring opportunities and resources for UF female students and staff and to build a strong professional network.
