Birds-of-a-Feather: Medical Imaging with Nvidia MONAI and Clara Train

This Birds-of-a-Feather (BOF) session will focus on medical imaging AI, covering two frameworks. First, we’ll show how to jump start your medical imaging research projects with MONAI, a freely available, open-source, domain-specified, community-supported, PyTorch-based deep learning framework. Second, we will introduce how NVIDIA Clara Train, a freely available AI application framework, can help quickly annotate and optimize hyperparameters for deep learning models, and thus lower the barrier of AI adoption in the medical imaging ecosystem.
