With the overwhelming interest from the UF community in using HiPerGator AI to conduct Artificial Intelligence (AI) research, Research Computing (RC) is continuing its series: Birds of a Feather (BOF) sessions. 

This Birds-of-a-Feather session will provide an overview of NVIDIA’s Clara Parabricks software for accelerated secondary analysis in genomics including deep-learning-based tools and user success stories. We will highlight the features of the latest version v4.0 and demo how to use the free version of it on UF’s supercomputer, HiPerGator. Furthermore, we will show how RAPIDS (a pythonic GPU-accelerated data science framework) can accelerate tertiary analysis in genomics.
