With the overwhelming interest from the UF community in using HiPerGator AI to conduct Artificial Intelligence (AI) research, Research Computing (RC) is continuing its series: Birds of a Feather (BOF) sessions. 

In this session, we will discuss how to tackle common bottlenecks (e.g., memory management, data loading, data format conversion across different frameworks) in general medicine data analytics pipelines by using GPU-accelerated python libraries like RAPIDS. And we will show a sample RAPIDS-accelerated end-to-end pipeline for an electrocardiogram use case on HiPerGator.
